• 1977 --- Production Machine Jobsetter, at Chrysler’s New Process Gear Corporation.
• 1981 --- Motor Rewinder, at Diehl Electric, to identify problems with all types of motors, generators, & drive systems, and to effect repairs.
• 1982 --- Sales Engineer & Service Manager, at Seneca Falls Machine Company;
  Became well versed in the assembly & repair of hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and electrical control systems.
• 1987 --- Field Service Technician, at Honeywell Corporation; established third party preventative & predictive maintenance programs; attended special training school for machinery vibration analysis & rotor balancing. Still an active member of the Vibration Institute.
• 1987 --- National Service Manager, at Lamson Corporation; Provided blower & vacuum system startups, & diagnostic services worldwide, as well as developed the service department into a profit center.
• 1993 --- Owner of Snyder Technical Services L.L.C., Specializing in service to Lamson, Hoffman, and Spencer multistage centrifugal blowers, STS soon developed into a nationwide service business featuring laser alignment & vibration analysis of all types of rotating equipment.  We provide startup commissioning, field service, system troubleshooting, preventative maintenance contracts, onsite blower repair service, and replacement parts.
  

STS currently provides annual preventative maintenance contracts to numerous facilities nationwide. We do blower & vacuum system startup and repair services to various U.S. blower manufacturers. And we are on call with area contractors and motor repair shops to provide laser alignment & vibration analysis to all types of rotating equipment.
